Experienced and passionate Yoga Instructor with over five years of teaching experience and advanced training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa approaches. Committed to providing extensive instruction and counseling to the yoga practioners, while motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self. Adept in creating powerful teaching plans that aim to support and benefit each and every student. Bringing forth a love and respect for the art of yoga and all that it encompasses.

My Story

I was born on 1990 in Germany and lived the conventional western lifestyle. I completed a training as an industrial clerk, studied business economics and worked beside my studies in the free economy.

After finishing my bachelor degree in 2016. I was travelling for some months and had my first spiritual experience attending a meditation retreat in Thailand. Back in Germany I started my spiritual journey and practicing Hatha Yoga. End of 2017. I decided to finally
leave the corporate world and to go to India in order to attend a Yoga Teacher Training. In January 2018. I stayed in Dr. Nareshnath´s Yogi Ashram Guest House in Khajuraho, where I got taught by him in Yoga and Philosophy.

I solved the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training at in Khajuraho. After getting back to Germany for some weeks I went back to India to become Nareshnath´s student and partner to show the people that we are one unity.
